I have been very blessed to work with her son Chris and I now work with he grand daughter Irena. The first time I met Irena was when Chris invited me over for a beer......after having to manually unload the generator by their house. It was a privalege to know both of them. The Sumowski family is very special in my heart and I wish everyone blessings from God as you mourn the passing of your mother and grandmother.

Eva, Irene, Barb & Anna we are so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a wonderful woman and I am so glad I got to see her again just a few months ago after so many years had gone by. She had a wonderful life and raised a beautiful family. Just know we are thinking of all of you at this time. Hugs Rina & Jack

Grandma, I know you're in a better place now, not that it makes it any easier. You are where you want to be...with Grandpa and Chris. I cherish these last few years I had with you. All the talks we had, the stories you told. I'll miss your deep belly laughs. It always made me laugh even harder just hearing you. I'll hold on to all my memories from when I was a kid until now. You were such a kind soul. I'll miss you terribly. Love always, Irena xo

A wonderful woman. Gave of herself with every person. Always loved family and husband equally. Don’t think I’ve ever know a more loving person. God bless her soul.

Our sincere condolences to the Sumowski family on the passing away of their dear mother and grandmother. My memories of Irena Sumowski go back to my childhood and the massive gardens and strawberry patch where she loved to work and spending time after school there. May you be comforted with the many memories you shared in her long life! Shirley and Paul Broekema
