I knew Norm from grade school. Even though we went to different high schools I saw him occasionally until I left Guelph at 19. You meet a lot of people. I never forgot Norm. The only time I saw him not joking and talking through that jovial smile was when he would look at me seriously and talk about all the great things he wanted to accomplish. I am sure much of it came true. Norm had a special aura, and a spirit, that stayed with me all these years. For that I am grateful to have known him. My sincere condolences to all of Norm’s family and friends.

Dear Ron
I was so sorry to read about Norm's passing.
My brothers Bryan Kevin and Alan were all such great friends all those years on Paisley Road.
Remember all the baseball games played on the nearby empty lots .I will keep you and your family in my prayers at this difficult time
Keep safe. Janette (Sheehy) Castellan
